4 RCA Radiotron UX 201-A 01A O1A tubes engraved base.  Test 78 95 86 100
The tubes were tested on a Hickok Cardmatic.  The scale is 0-100. 50 is the transition from good to bad.  A reading of 100 does not mean it reads 100% of a new tube.  Usually a new tube matching tube manual specs reads around 80
Don't know if reading over full scale is a bad sign.  I don't have a radio to test them in.

Cleaning the tubes is being left to the buyer since cleaning the tubes often removes labeling.
Test results are also written on the tubes.  These can be easily removed with a moist paper towel.
