Here are four CURRENT MATCHED Russian 6L6GT vacuum tubes. Chinese 6L6's are used by major amplifier manufacturers such as Fender. These tubes are brand new and are part of a new factory lot. We hand match each tube.   Note the photo is of a representative set.   Tubes come in white boxes.
Tubes are current matched using Maxi Matcher at 400V plate and -48V bias voltage. These tubes are thoroughly matched: 1.) tubes are gently brought up to operating voltage and current 2.) then readings are taken only when stable 3.) finally the current draw is recorded on a label for each tube.
Current matching is the best way to ensure consistent, reliable and full performance from your amplifier.
